These terms and conditions govern access to and use of BetMica (“the Site”), operated for players aged 18 and over. By registering an account, a player accepts these terms in full. Anyone who does not agree with any part of these terms should not register or continue using the Site.

1. Eligibility

• Players must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher.
• One account is permitted per player, per household and per payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and remaining balances forfeited.
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register.
• BetMica reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any point and to suspend an account until verification is complete.

2. Account Registration

Players must provide accurate, current information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, address and a valid payment method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. Players are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential; BetMica is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a player sharing credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for depositing wherever possible, in line with anti-money-laundering practice. BetMica reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing large or unusual withdrawal requests. Processing times listed elsewhere on the Site are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered, typically 35 times the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from them are forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active; wagers exceeding the stated cap may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• BetMica reserves the right to withhold or reclaim a bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or use of prohibited betting patterns is found.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household or payment method.

5. Game Rules and RTP

Return-to-player percentages published on the Site are theoretical, calculated over a large number of game rounds, and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. In the event of a software malfunction, void game rounds will be voided and stakes returned. BetMica’s server-side game logs are the definitive record in the event of a dispute over a specific round’s outcome.

6. Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

Players may set deposit, loss and session limits at any time from account settings, with limit decreases taking effect immediately and limit increases subject to a cooling-off period before activation. Self-exclusion can be requested for a fixed period or indefinitely; once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed early by the player. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact a helpline such as those listed in the Site footer.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

BetMica reserves the right to suspend or close an account where terms are breached, fraud is suspected, or where required by law or licensing obligation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified cash balance will be returned to the player.

8. Dispute Resolution

Players with an unresolved complaint should first contact customer support in writing. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider named in the licensing documentation, whose decision is binding on BetMica but does not remove a player’s right to pursue other legal remedies.

9. Changes to These Terms

BetMica may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or business practice. Material changes will be notified to registered players by email or an in-account notice ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which BetMica’s gaming licence is issued. Any matter not resolved through the dispute process above falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
